EWKPilot doesn't replace your audit under § 11 EWKFondsG — but it changes what your clients bring into it. Instead of a patchwork of spreadsheets assembled after the fact, EWKPilot delivers a structured, audit-proof-logged file from day one.
What's in the audit file
- Complete product list with category and applied levy rate per reporting year
- Quantity reports with the calculated levy amount per product
- A complete audit trail — every change to a product and a quantity report is logged via a Postgres trigger, not editable after the fact
- Category changes detected automatically: if the product type of an already-reported product changes later, the audit file flags it — including the reporting years affected
- The origin of every category is disclosed: set manually, suggested by a rule, or taken from an AI suggestion — never silently mixed together
- Available as a PDF export or via a time-limited, revocable read-access link — no account required
Partnership options
We don't broker audits ourselves and don't compete with your core business. We can see two directions:
Recommend to audited clients
If you know clients whose reports arrive unstructured, you can recommend EWKPilot to them — no expectation of anything in return, though feedback on how it plays out in practice is always welcome.
Referral/partnership model
Since the audit file is already complete for EWKPilot customers, the audit effort for these clients is typically lower. We're talking with individual auditors/firms about a referral partnership where that time saving is passed on, in whole or in part, as a reduced audit fee for the client — in exchange for mutual referrals. No fixed structure yet, open to a conversation.
